Timelines provided are estimates and dependent on timely communication and feedback from the client. Delays in client-provided materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.
Upon full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project becomes your property. However, we retain the right to use the work as a portfolio example (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, approvals, and access to accounts or systems required to complete the project. The client is also responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or licenses for any third-party content used.
In no event shall Creative Digital Web be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
